SUMMARY

We are very glad to welcome you to our spacious one bedroom apartment in the very heart of Cagliari’s historic centre. Located on the first floor of a charming building built between 1500 -1600, it is ideal for a couple or families with up to two children. You will be in the lively area of La Marina where many restaurants, bars, shops and attractions are at a short walk. Poetto beach is only 15 mins by bus. Air-Con is in each room and free wifi is provided.

Really nice and helpful hosts, super responsive and considerate - great location in the heart of the old town, but still very quiet and spacious, many restaurants right on the street - apartment is really well equipped, everything there, coffee, tea, washing machine, laundry detergent, sope, shampoo, garbage bags etc - comfortable bed - THANK YOU SO MUCH for the great stay

Perfect Apartment in the Perfect Location to enjoy the charming City of Cagliari 10/10 Punteggio di 1010 The property is spacious, well equipped with great facilities and in the perfect location to enjoy a trip to Cagliari. The walk to the main centre of restaurants is a 2 minute walk with the Bastione St Remy around 10 minutes for stunning views of the city, especially at sunset. Luca and Manuela are the perfect hosts, very responsive with quick replies to any questions, providing information about the area and the best places to go. I will certainly look to stay again when I next visit Cagliari. There was nothing to dislike

The apartment displays original features such a beautiful juniper wooden ceiling, wide walls and stone archways.
The entrance opens to the living area and kitchenette. From there, you can access the bedroom, from which you will find the door to the bathroom, too. In the living room, you also have a desk to work on and a door to the storage where the washing machine is located.
